Packaging department
Packaging Unit
Introduction to the Unit:
The Packaging Unit plays a vital role in maintaining product quality and safety within the manufacturing facility. This department is responsible for ensuring that devices, after production and quality control, are prepared for transportation and delivery to customers under fully safe and standardized conditions.
Packaging Process:
Initial Plastic Covering: Devices are first covered with a protective plastic wrap to prevent dust, moisture, and surface damage.
Durable Wooden Crates: The devices are placed inside sturdy wooden crates. These crates are manufactured in the company’s in-house workshop and are fully customized according to the dimensions and weight of each device. The use of high-quality, durable wood ensures product safety throughout transportation.
Secure Strapping: After placing the device inside the crate, strapping procedures are carried out to ensure the crates remain stable and resistant to vibration and impact during handling and transportation.
Applied Labels and Standards:
ISO 9001 Standard (Quality Management System)
ISO 13485 Standard (Medical Device Quality Management System)
Safety and transportation warning labels such as “This Side Up,” “Fragile,” and “Protect from Moisture”
Official company logo

By utilizing protective covers, durable wooden crates, secure strapping methods, and full compliance with national and international standards, the Packaging Unit ensures that products are delivered to domestic and international customers with the highest levels of safety and quality. Although it represents the final stage of production, this department is one of the most critical steps in delivering a product that meets global standards.
