Pars Azma Company started its activity in 1989 and, with the permission of the Ministry of Industries and Mines and the approval of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, established the first large factory for the production of various types of laboratory equipment in accordance with international standards in Iran. This factory is located in Isfahan Province, which is one of the important historical and scenic cities in the world.
Pars Azma Company, in order to produce products of the best quality, has employed experienced specialists in various departments of the company, using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) automation system.
Pars Azma Company has a technical engineering and design and development unit. The task of this unit is to obtain sufficient information about the progress of modern technology from reliable sources in the world and use it in design and development to improve the quality of production.
Pars Azma Company has a production unit. This company carries out its production process in such a way that first the raw materials, which have been purchased after evaluation and approval and quality control has been carried out and are being poured, are requested from the raw materials warehouse and delivered to the production unit while undergoing quality control again. The production unit prepares the production line according to the schedule and drawings prepared in advance by the design and development unit for the product to be produced and production begins. During all stages of production at various stations, quality control is carried out by the officials of the quality control unit who have been approved by the respected National Standards Organization. After final approval, the device is packaged and entered into the product warehouse to be used by the commercial unit.
Pars Azma Company has a well-equipped laboratory. The task of this laboratory is to subject the designed and manufactured devices (samples) to various tests according to defined standards and, after approval, submit them to the production unit to enter the mass production line. In addition, after the end of production, final tests are also carried out in this unit so that the produced product fully complies with the defined standards.
Pars Azma Company has a commercial unit located in the capital (Tehran) to have quick access to all cities and towns of the country and to have easy and convenient communication with foreign countries. The company also actively participates in all domestic and foreign laboratory exhibitions. The commercial unit has sales and after-sales service representatives in all cities of the country and also in the countries to which it exports.
Pars Azma Company has an after-sales service unit. The duty of this unit is to provide services to esteemed customers in all parts of the country and abroad. Providing after-sales service to esteemed customers abroad is such that the sales representative of this company’s products in each country sends an individual to this company for after-sales service training, and that individual, after completing a training course in this company, provides services in that country as the company’s after-sales service manager. All of the company’s products currently have a one-year warranty and ten years of after-sales service and parts supply.
Pars Azma Company is the first laboratory equipment manufacturer in Iran to receive the international ISO 9002 certificate from the UK and currently holds a significant number of national and international certificates.
