Raw Material Inspection:
Chemical and physical inspection of purchased sheets, components, and materials to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
Dimensional Inspection:
Precise measurement of metal, polymer, and electronic components using calibrated measuring instruments.
Functional Equipment Testing:
Performing operational tests such as balance testing in centrifuges, temperature and humidity testing in incubators, and electrical safety testing of equipment.
Process Control:
Monitoring welding, assembly, and painting operations to prevent manufacturing defects and ensure process consistency.
Documentation:
Recording test results, preparing inspection checklists, and generating quality reports to ensure full product traceability.
Final Inspection:
Approval of equipment before release to storage or delivery to customers, including visual inspection, final functional testing, and verification of compliance with ISO standards.

Precision measuring instruments such as digital calipers, tachometers, temperature and humidity measuring devices, thermocouples, angle gauges, and related equipment
Functional testing equipment, including balancing systems for centrifuges, environmental chambers for temperature and humidity testing, grounding and electrical insulation testing equipment, speed calibrators, and digital timer calibrators
Quality management software for quality data recording and monitoring
